What we store

Your email address, verified account identifier, signup date, referral attribution, reward expiry and sign-in sessions. Referral pages show counts, not your friends’ email addresses. Essential cookies keep you signed in and bind a one-time verification code to the browser that requested it.

If you buy Premium, we also store your Stripe customer id, your plan and your subscription status, including when it renews or ends. We use them to give you Premium and to let you manage billing. We never store your card number.

We use hashed identifiers for rate limits and recognized duplicate addresses. Security infrastructure processes network addresses to limit abuse. Passwords are stored by the account service, not in the Saturview app database. One-time codes expire after 10 minutes and are only for verifying a new email or setting a password. Sessions expire after 30 days or when you sign out.

Payments

Premium payments are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, you enter your card details on Stripe’s checkout page and they go directly to Stripe, never to Saturview. Stripe tells us when a payment succeeds or a subscription changes, and it handles payment data under its own privacy policy. Referral rewards and friend invitations never ask for payment details.

Service providers

The app is hosted on Vercel, with account and football services on Hetzner infrastructure. Resend delivers verification emails. Cloudflare serves live-score data. Stripe processes payments. Genie requests use OpenRouter; do not include private or sensitive information in football questions.

Your account email is not sent to the football analyst. Sign-in emails are transactional. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Your account

Account and referral records are retained while the account is active. For access or deletion requests, contact williamjrich2@gmail.com. If you have a Premium subscription, cancel it first or ask us to cancel it in the same email. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its policy. Referral-abuse prevention may require retaining a non-reversible duplicate-account marker after deletion.
