Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Saturview is a college football analytics site for fans. It is operated by AnovaGrowth (“we” or “us”). You can reach us at williamjrich2@gmail.com.

2. Who can use Saturview

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating one, you confirm that you are 18 or older and can agree to these terms. Saturview is for your own personal, non-commercial use.

3. Your account and its security

Sign up with an email address you control and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has used it, email us right away.

One person per account. Do not share an account, and do not create extra accounts to get more free access or referral credit.

4. Free and Premium plans

A free account includes rankings, team pages, players, coaches, All-America, live scores, Genie’s public record and every settled pick.

Premium adds Genie’s upcoming picks, matchup forecasts, the model versus market comparison, season forecasts and playoff odds, SimCentral and Ask Genie. The pricing page shows what each plan includes today. Features can change over time, as described in “Changes to Saturview and these terms” below.

5. Billing and renewal

Premium is sold as a monthly or a yearly subscription. Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Taxes may apply where required.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your payment details on Stripe’s checkout page, and Stripe stores them. Saturview never sees or stores your full card number.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, and Stripe charges your payment method, until you cancel.

If we change the price of a plan, we will email you before the new price applies to you. It takes effect at your first renewal after that notice, so you have time to cancel first.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing us. After you cancel, you are not charged again. Premium stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account continues as a free account.

7. Refunds

If you are charged in error or something is wrong in your first 14 days, email us at williamjrich2@gmail.com and we will make it right, which can include a refund.

Otherwise, cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period, which stays active until it ends. Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

8. Referral rewards and invitations

You can also get Premium for a limited time through the referral program or a private invitation. Those offers follow the public beta and referral terms. They never create a paid subscription and never charge you.

9. Acceptable use

Please use Saturview the way it is meant to be used. Do not:

• copy, scrape or download pages or data in bulk, or use automated tools to access the site beyond normal browsing;
• resell or republish Saturview’s ratings, forecasts or picks, or use them to build a competing product;
• get around Premium, usage limits or any security or access control;
• interfere with the service, overload it, or probe it for weaknesses without our permission;
• use Ask Genie to create harmful, unlawful or abusive content, or put private or sensitive information in your questions;
• create fake accounts, buy accounts or game the referral program.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

10. Information only, not advice

Saturview is a fan product for following college football. Nothing on it is betting, gambling, financial or investment advice.

Rankings, ratings, forecasts, simulations, projected scores and Genie’s picks are estimates from statistical models. They can be wrong, and no outcome is ever guaranteed. Genie’s record shows how its saved picks have done. It does not promise how future picks will do. Ask Genie uses an AI model to answer from Saturview’s football records, and its answers can contain mistakes.

Do not rely on Saturview for betting or financial decisions. If you choose to bet, that decision and its result are yours.

11. Data sources, teams and trademarks

Statistics and schedules come from public sources, including the cfbfastR archive and ESPN, and may be incomplete, delayed or later corrected by their providers. Team names, logos and marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify teams. Saturview is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any school, conference, ESPN or the NCAA.

12. Changes to Saturview and these terms

Saturview is in public beta. We may add, change, pause or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. If we stop offering Premium, we will tell subscribers in advance and stop future renewals.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects a paid plan, we will email subscribers before it takes effect. If you keep using Saturview after a change, the updated terms apply.

13. Ending your account

You can stop using Saturview at any time and ask us to delete your account by email, as described in the privacy notice. If you have Premium, cancel it first or ask us to cancel it in the same email.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the beta terms, or when we need to protect Saturview or its members. If we close your account for any other reason while you have paid Premium time left, we will refund the unused part.

14. Limits on our liability

We work to keep Saturview accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, AnovaGrowth is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for lost profits or winnings, or for any loss that comes from relying on Saturview’s rankings, forecasts or picks. Our total liability for any claim about Saturview is limited to the amount you paid us for Saturview in the 12 months before the claim.

Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply to you only as far as your local law permits.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where AnovaGrowth is organized, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If the consumer laws where you live give you more protection, those protections still apply.
